We start by understanding where clients are in their own journey towards inclusion and equity, and develop a plan to meet their needs and goals.

 

Executive Coaching

Michelle works with Executive leaders, Founders, and people empowered with administrative organizational control to help them align their methods and their practices with their goals for inclusivity and equity, helping them cultivate organizational cultures in alignment with their values. For non-business organizations, this may take other forms. For example, supporting faith leaders in helping design ways of supporting their congregants engaging in fellowship across identities.


Personal Coaching

Michelle works with people on an individual basis already engaged in a journey of anti-racist introspection who appreciate the accountability and support of a coaching model. Other times it may be people who want support and expertise for specific projects, situations, or moments of crisis and conflict. Depending upon the context, Michelle also brings to bear models of conflict resolution across cultural difference.


Coaching for DEI Professionals

Michelle provides opportunities for DEI professionals and others interfacing with white-identified people who are new to conversations on race, diversity, and equity, in professional and/or personal settings. These can be one on one sessions, or can be facilitated group discussions for teams as a whole, aiming at increasing the team’s efficacy in moving the conversations forward and building capacity in the white-identifying clients.
